[2026-08-29 08:35:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Good morning sunshine I hope you are sleeping like a baby and the dog goes are letting you do so peacefully I slept like the dead, of course not for long enough I just got back from dropping Grace off and I was planning on going to the gym right afterwards but I'm thinking I might just take a little nap Or I might go to the gym I haven't decided yet I should go to the gym But we'll see I guess Other than that just More of the same Oh God from his Mars Working around the house got some logistics projects going on With my printers and developments got so much filament That I need to make so I found at the container store if I told you, but I found some larger. I got a bunch of like little containers to organize that stuff, but I also found some larger containers that are sealed they have like a phone seal around the lid so their air tight dish. Which I've been needing for dry boxes is what they're called for my filament because the three printing filament is hydroscopic meaning that it absorbs water moisture out of the air and when it's moist, it does not print well So I have a couple of filament dryers where they sit in the dryer for like 8 to 12 hours depending on the kind of filament And that draws them out really well, but as soon as you take them out, they start absorbing moisture again and it's usually fine for you Like a week two weeks to be out in the open depending on humidity of course it's not terribly humid inside my house or in the printer areas so it's not too bad but anyway I got these four containers that I'm used for dry boxes and what you do is put a bunch of the Silica balls like his little tiny things that absorb moisture and you could buy big jugs of it so I've had some and I have two containers already where I use that and it keeps that Moisture down inside 15% humidity or so which is great but these boxes were on sale and they're sealed those other ones that I have now aren't so just upgrade but anyway I got back up the The silica balls cause they come just in a big jug and put them in like a little bags to drop down at the bottom of the containers, but the big thing is that I gotta cut I'll have to, but I'm going to cut holes in the top of each lid where I can stick these little high rotameter that I have down in there and they tell me the temperature and percent humidity inside No big deal though it's just tedious And then I'm thinking about. I have a fold out sofa bed that the previous owners of the house left here and I think I just had to toss it out now it's pretty nice, but Emerson slept on it for a while and like made it disgusting Spilling shit on it and whatever Do you think I'm gonna get rid of that and get like a big industrial shelf to put there in its place because that's kind of becoming my printer Work area So you know Just regular old stuff Oh Oh my God I'm glad you had a good time last night I'm sure you had fun once you got there and got help stuff which I know you needed so that's pretty awesome. Hopefully feel human again. After being able to get out for a bit and hopefully get some sleep I hope you like the shit I sent you in the package I'm anxious to see what you what you think of them Feel special Oh my God, give them two still seems to really like him. I handed some out of work. Last week or so, and just like head over heels for them So you better be too I'm just kidding I hope you sleep for another couple hours and wake up refreshed and feeling great and I know you'll be beautiful so you don't need beauty sleep if that's for sure But I hope you feel beautiful when you get up. OK talk to you soon bye.
[2026-08-29 10:36:00] Sam Willis: Good morning. I have been sleeping like a baby. I’ve been OUT. I think I’ll go back to sleep too lol

[2026-08-29 10:37:00] Dave: Winning
[2026-08-29 10:37:00] Dave: Congrats 😘
[2026-08-29 10:37:00] Dave: Nice! So good sleep + no hangover!
[2026-08-29 10:37:00] Sam Willis: And I only had 2 drinks last night
[2026-08-29 10:41:00] Sam Willis: Oh shit I still need to check my mail. Sorry!
[2026-08-29 10:42:00] Dave: Haha, it’s no problem
[2026-08-29 10:42:00] Dave: Whenever you get time. You’ve been kinda busy lately.
[2026-08-29 10:42:00] Sam Willis: I have got to be a packing machine today.
[2026-08-29 10:43:00] Sam Willis: Movers come next Sunday
[2026-08-29 10:43:00] Sam Willis: A lot. Most of the house lol. Like…I have barely packed lol
[2026-08-29 10:43:00] Dave: When do the movers come?
[2026-08-29 10:43:00] Dave: And how much do you have left to box up?
[2026-08-29 10:44:00] Dave: Ahhhh you got plenty of time
[2026-08-29 10:51:00] Sam Willis: Honestly, a lot of the stuff is going away. Like the big furniture. Oh but I had a bad thought. The sectional in the big room…. I’m pretty sure the pieces are too big to get through the front door. And I think we had to bring them in through the sliding door in the living room but that was before I had the dog door. Soooo
[2026-08-29 10:52:00] Dave: I’m sure the movers can figure something out
[2026-08-29 10:59:00] Dave: Ohhh ok
[2026-08-29 10:59:00] Sam Willis: Yea but I’m trying to sell it. Sooo we will see.
[2026-08-29 11:00:00] Sam Willis: It’s that one in the big room that is broken on one of the recliners
[2026-08-29 11:00:00] Dave: Why not take it? You don’t like it?
[2026-08-29 11:01:00] Dave: Oh, gotcha
[2026-08-29 11:32:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: My realtor just called me so excited cause he's been looking at some places and he went to go look at two places this morning and then when I woke up, I texted him. I'm like hey I saw this one last night like it looks pretty plain Jane, but like you know, we're checking out and it's so cheap. It's only 420. It is beyond cheap and it is like literally just a few neighborhoods south of the house. I'm currently under contract for. And so I wasn't expecting much at all and he just called me and he's like oh my God he's like I think this house is great. This house has an open house tomorrow like this will sell. Like probably tomorrow and he's like I just I'm so impressed like there's a lot of here that still like original you know to the house but the house isn't that old. It's like less than 10 years old somebody's been living in it for five years. They've done some upgrades like the backyard is very plain, but like large backyard privacy fence. And I can do so much to it and he's like I'm just so impressed and so anyway OK, I shall send you the link. We still have to figure out the HOA information so that's only. OK
[2026-08-29 11:36:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Oh, OK. That sounds exciting and that price my gosh. Yeah, I wonder why it's so cheap and so great Is he gonna like go to a walk-through for you or what? Granted the HOA isn't like the same one as before?
[2026-08-29 11:41:00] Sam Willis: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/733-Farnham-Dr-Westfield-IN-46074/245551560_zpid/?utm_campaign=iosappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare 733 Farnham Dr Westfield, IN 46074
[2026-08-29 11:44:00] Dave: I love this one too
[2026-08-29 11:44:00] Dave: Oh wow!
[2026-08-29 11:44:00] Dave: Huge yard, nice kitchen
[2026-08-29 11:45:00] Dave: Why is it so inexpensive tho
[2026-08-29 11:45:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: OK, so I found the HOA docs and they say They say no more than four pets total no more than two of the same type but if you look, the title section is livestock and poultry, which makes me think like that's what they really care more about it like fucking farm animals also, it doesn't go on to say that they can take my dogs away like the last one did it also says that the board has discretion so I feel like I could just let this one ride What do you think?
[2026-08-29 11:45:00] Sam Willis: Voice messaging you about this
[2026-08-29 11:48:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: I thought you could let the previous one ride so like but now I'm second-guessing myself. I was expecting you to see this and be disappointed. I am scared to opine to be honest I mean, I should be fine. I mean I think this definitely applies to dogs and animals pads even though it's a livestock section. It is nice though that it's to the discretion of the board and it looks like The neighbor like you've got such a big backyard like and is there a privacy privacy fence we see Privacy fence and you are kind of pretty well separated from the neighbors there how that works That sidewalk or whatever that goes between Goes back into like the other side of the neighborhood or something Is that like a walking trail anyway? Yeah, I mean I think that's probably fine The yard is huge though
[2026-08-29 12:25:00] Sam Willis: Ughhh yea. I need to get the Board approval. My logical brain knows this. My emotional brain wants to risk this one but I know that’s bc I’m in a hurry.
[2026-08-29 12:26:00] Dave: Are you going to do it yourself or get you realtor to do it?
[2026-08-29 12:27:00] Sam Willis: Really it should just be a contingency
[2026-08-29 12:27:00] Sam Willis: Which weakens my offer but 🤷♀️
[2026-08-29 12:27:00] Sam Willis: I typed something up and sent to him and told him he needs to work it through his channels but ultimately I have to do it as well. Like it’s MY request you know
[2026-08-29 12:28:00] Dave: And if it’s as great as it looks and he says, they’re going to have some good offers…
[2026-08-29 12:28:00] Dave: True true
[2026-08-29 12:30:00] Sam Willis: He sent this: Russ is pulling comps. We think we should offer today over listing and have it expire before the open house starts tomorrow. Even if they don’t except it we can always resubmit the offer tomorrow. There are going to be multiple offers rolling in tomorrow. The were people there when we were there and another car pulling up as we were leaving. We have to make sure we can cancel w/o issue. We both believe the fact there is a process to allow for more pets means they really are just insuring no one is using the house for commercial reasons, boarding, breeding, etc. You will have to make that call. Looking at comps in a few minutes.
[2026-08-29 12:32:00] Dave: Oh hey, that’s a good idea
[2026-08-29 12:32:00] Dave: How much over asking?
[2026-08-29 12:39:00] Sam Willis: Not sure yet. Waiting to get more info
[2026-08-29 14:11:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: So Talked to the guys so they're asking for 419 nine. He thinks we should offer for 35. And we talked about like to get an offer in like today and I was like no I gotta do this fucking HOA shit like let's just fucking do this. I already sent the HOA email. I want Candice to go look at it tomorrow cause there's an open house tomorrow and then he's pulling comps on this other house. He looked at today. I wish I could fucking easily send you the freaking pictures, but I can't or the videos. I have to get in front of my computer and do a lot of shit which I'll have to do later anyway this fisher I'll send you the link but it's older not like like it's a very 90s like this. Reminds me very much like my parents house you know like growing up like just you'll see it's very 90s but I can spruce up the curb appeal but the inside though there's been quite a few updates fully finish basement which we know basements creep me out but at least is fully finished. Great backyard. Like amazed and the best part no pet limits so they also have an open house tomorrow so I'm also seeing if Candace will Will look at that I'm just looking at Lexi loot. She's so funny God I wish I could split anyway. So the other thing fucking the house here you know how the drywall cracks need to be fixed with the fucking drywall guy Backed out on the drywall guy that the buyers agent and the buyers agents all fucking pissy and it's like bitch not our problem I guess I guess my realtor Marie she like kind of went off on him because he was being a total dick to her and she's like listen well we don't get that so now I'm contacting my contractor again even though I canceled on him to be like actually maybe we do need you to come out So we'll see at this point I don't even say I don't even wanna put it into Existing Just like at this point like oh my God I also told Steve in India I'm like I wanna put like a two week fucking clothes. On any offers and he's like I'll have to look I think legally you have to. The earliest you can close in Indy is 21 days I'm like well motherfuck. So AnyWho OK, well I'm gonna finally start packing dude OK, bye
[2026-08-29 14:13:00] Sam Willis: Bathrooms need redone but it’s a good price point.

Messages with detected signals and calculation details
106 of 119 messages (89.1%) had at least one qualifying signal.
This measures detected labels, not whether every message was successfully analyzed. A message with no qualifying signal is not necessarily missing analysis.
| Sender | With a signal | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Dave | 58 / 63 | 92.1% |
| Sam Willis | 48 / 56 | 85.7% |
Qualifying score threshold: 0.6. Counts use unique message-label assignments. Average scores below include all scoped non-fallback assignments, including lower scores; they are model scores, not percentages of messages.
