[2026-08-05 08:04:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Good morning sunshine I hope you slept really well I slept pretty good again And Oops Tried to climb up in my lap and bumped his head on the desk Yeah, I've just been up this morning working on rocker dock, of course Cutting out rubber backing For them and slapping it on Thank you would've been batches like bigger batches will help out the time it takes to get them done But we'll see I guess Yes, so let's see what I got going on today. Nothing much Eric's on leave this week for the rest of the week so that means I pretty much am too. No, not really, but it's always nice For some reason, not like he sweats me about anything, but like you know, it's cool and the boss is gone So what is what is your agenda looking like? Did you get all your disclosures and all that shit done yesterday and I guess what's next on the list? Like you've already got closing that all fast and I can't believe that guy waved the inspection like what the fuck but I always think it's pretty clear that your house is in good condition though so that's just what people do now 15 $20,000 over asking waiver inspections like That All that shit started when around Covid when the market went through the roof So I guess it's definitely still a sellers market there Not here though Yeah, really do Yeah, just cranking out rock Listen to audiobook So I can't wait to talk to you today as always Hopefully you have a low meeting count and A nice easy day at work and a good ride and And I will talk to you soon OK bye

[2026-08-05 09:57:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Good morning just dropped the dogs off at daycare and I've already missed two meetings this morning so that's cool. I cannot wait to be on a fucking time zone with everybody else like being 2 to 3 hours behind everybody is. Annoying the fuck out of me with work what is happening? These two cars just stopped at the stoplight. These two cars are like. Maybe they know each other who knows they're like out of the car like talking to each other and what's happening and then I freaking See this gas station and this lady was getting out of her car but you can tell she's trying to leave the gas station but she was stopped because she must've been rear-ended and she was of those driving school cars so I don't know if it was a student driver that was that hit her accidentally or if it was You know one of the teachers or whatever but anyway she was out of the car on her phone but had her hands up like what the fuck bro and like not fucking happy and I'm like oh my God I hope it wasn't a student because like that's traumatizing is if they meant to fucking rearrange you like I don't know I understand being upset OK being ended really sucks. I totally agree and it's like what the fuck but you know if you could tap in the fucking parking lot like there were worse things you don't have to like be livid. It's like dude. Student driver I had I have two big work deadlines today. I haven't done anything on it. My car still sounds like there is error hissing out of something. Might gotta be my AC, which is really gonna piss me off cause I literally just had my car serviced last week or the week before Anyway, I can't wait to get out of here just I just can't wait all of it But I have a guy coming over today at three that I hired off the thumb tag come over and look at the closets to see what car need to be bought so he can fix the closet door tracks Sorry, same of my brakes and then I have a massage at five or at 4:30 Christ, that'll be amazing. I hope this fucking guy doesn't talk to me. I don't wanna talk to anybody. I just wanna get a massage and go into my happy place and be left the fuck alone and it'll be amazing and then I gotta get the dogs and then I hope I can. Go to bed shortly thereafter Last night I went to bed at like eight and I kind of tossed turn because I was hungry so at like nine I finally got up and ate yogurt dammit that's what I meant to grab today for lunch. I didn't pack the fucking yogurt anyway so I had a yogurt last night at nine and that I hit the spot. I'm totally gonna take a Benadryl again tonight So yeah I need to not get hooked on it but you know how whenever you finally get to sleep that you need you wake up feeling even more tired like that's how I am but I think if I can get through today and I can get a good night sleep tonight I'll be in good shape I feel I just gotta get to the weekend So anyhow What the fuck? Anyway Why is Eric on leave? What do you mean leave like like actually leave or like on vacation? So what's going on with the open role because the guy who Brian wanted for his role ended up declining the offer And so that might put Justin back as Brian's like next choice for the role So we'll see I might be having to hire somebody All right, I'm going to go. I don't know why I'm so grumpy but I'm really grumpy. OK talk to you soon. Bye.
[2026-08-05 10:13:00] Dave: lol, driving school… how ironic
[2026-08-05 10:13:00] Dave: Omg it will be so nice for you to get into a better time zone!
[2026-08-05 10:15:00] Dave: Massage!! ❤️
[2026-08-05 10:16:00] Dave: I’m so glad you slept well
[2026-08-05 10:17:00] Dave: Oh… PTO. To take his daughter to college
[2026-08-05 10:17:00] Dave: The feeling even more tired is the Benadryl
[2026-08-05 10:17:00] Dave: It gives you a hangover
[2026-08-05 10:18:00] Dave: It’s called “leave” in the military
[2026-08-05 10:18:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: We've talked about this before Talking about like self resilience and I can't I just get so frustrated myself about how I'm gonna use the one week for lack of better term but like how weak I am like I feel like I'm thread With you know like I need more sleep and there's not enough hours in a day for me like getting all these things done and I just feel like pitiful because there's so many people out there who like manage like newborn babies and jobs and just much more hardships, much more lack of sleep than I have And yet they still managed to get it done and why do I feel like I am just struggling so much sitting here like trending like I wanna take a sick day so I can just be at home and just you know Sleep and then also like just get stuff done and feel caught up but like other people don't have to do that. Why do I have to do that? Why can't I just like persevere I don't know it's really annoying me.
[2026-08-05 10:21:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: I also just feel like people like manage like I just feel like I'm the worst worker Like other discipline leads they don't take sick time like I do. They don't take vacation days. They show up for all the meetings and I'm just like I just feel like I was very transparent that I don't have my shit together. I know it's all in my head, I'm sure but like I just feel like amongst all my peers. Like anybody could objectively look at me compared to my peers and be like Sam is the best like not a basket case but kind of like a train wreck like just you know I feel not reliable. I hate this feeling.
[2026-08-05 10:25:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: So I think there's a couple things going on, but I think you framed it up wrong So for one you certainly are not weak. I know that's not the right term but like don't say that about yourself cause it gives you a negative. Thought in your head or impression because like you're objectively very strong I mean look at all you've accomplished and last few that's huge like I promise you that Not everybody can do that and I don't wanna sound sexist, but especially not women like you've been doing shit around the house and fucking Learn to fix things and painting like yourself, which is all super impressive and not weak However, I think that feeling of not being as good as everybody else or not being able to manage the stress as a kid to What you see on? With Instagram and Facebook and what you're using to judge these other people or just snapshots and glimpses that you see you know maybe it's in real life maybe it's on TV all right maybe it's something else but like Everybody else I think is struggling to like when when people look at you from the outside they don't see some weak lady who's struggling and on her you know, barely hanging. They see a bad motherfucker doing like all the things just like you see that in other people and our self-conscious about yourself Because you know of what you're feeling like you really are hanging string thread, but not because you're weak because you have done genuinely a lot of stuff I fall into that same trap with like you know working out and job and whatever and like why the fuck does it seem so easy for everybody else or whatever but I have to try to remind myself that that is probably not the case in the more people I talk to Especially like I guess this started during Covid when I started having a opinion or having this epiphany rather that like Oh everybody else is fucking struggling too like everybody's depressed like everybody is opening up about this like this is not just me not being able to hack it thing like everybody's fucking struggling I think that is was true before Covid and is still true. He just don't think so. You know. Oh, and Justin is up to see Chanel. I think this week both on Vikram and Justin are gonna talk to Chanel and it's gonna be her call. I think me and Eric I think our me, Eric, Henry and Nick all of us are on. The same page that Vicar is probably the better candidate However It could be that Chanel Goes the Let's show room for internal advancement or you know like movement route because that's so high on the On the fucking survey thing, Forbes on the eye on the survey survey So she may just go with Justin because he could also like I mean, we all agree that he could do it like he would be OK for sure But Vikram was was pretty four and I had to use the better candidate So that's where that's at
[2026-08-05 10:26:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Yeah, and OK. I know what you mean about the work thing too. Obviously I don't think that's how people see you but I totally get feeling like that. Because I pretty much feel the same way most of the time But I also recognize that the same thing as with the stress management like people are self-conscious about things like so all those people that are you know you think are noticing your shortcomings are probably worried that I mean they may still be judging bitches about it, but they're also probably worried about the exact same thing from themselves So you know there's that
[2026-08-05 10:26:00] Sam Willis: Other ppl accomplish way more
[2026-08-05 10:26:00] Sam Willis: With far less complaining lol
[2026-08-05 10:44:00] Sam Willis: Also, I realized last night that the tub of butter I was still using was 19. So am I going to die??
[2026-08-05 10:44:00] Dave: Is it actual butter?
[2026-08-05 10:45:00] Dave: But no, either way lol
[2026-08-05 10:57:00] Sam Willis: I was so sad bc I bought kings Hawaiian rolls and I was so excited to put butter on it 😭😭
[2026-08-05 10:58:00] Dave: Are you dead?
[2026-08-05 10:58:00] Dave: But you still used it?
[2026-08-05 11:04:00] Sam Willis: I think I probably am dead though
[2026-08-05 11:04:00] Sam Willis: No bc that’s when I realized the date
[2026-08-05 11:04:00] Sam Willis: That would explain a lot to be honest
[2026-08-05 11:04:00] Sam Willis: No bc that’s when I realized the date
[2026-08-05 11:05:00] Sam Willis: Lolllllll
[2026-08-05 11:05:00] Sam Willis: Omg no lmao. June 19 of THIS YEAR
[2026-08-05 11:05:00] Sam Willis: Ewwww that would be fucking DISGUSTING
[2026-08-05 11:05:00] Dave: How tf do you even have 7 year old butter?!
[2026-08-05 11:06:00] Dave: Expiration dates are bullshit
[2026-08-05 11:06:00] Dave: Oh my god
[2026-08-05 11:06:00] Sam Willis: Lmao

[2026-08-05 11:37:00] Dave: Maybe he oughta ease up on all the trips to the movies 😅
[2026-08-05 11:38:00] Sam Willis: It’s pissing me off
[2026-08-05 11:38:00] Sam Willis: He lived for free for 3.5 yrs
[2026-08-05 11:39:00] Dave: AND you helped him out with rent already
[2026-08-05 11:40:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: This is like When we gave Brian money because his fucking truck's about to get reloaded and then I have a plan and I got a plan. I'm gonna be good after this. I just need to and then like two months later as fucking trucks get repo truck gets repo anyway like Bro, it's throwing good money after bed
[2026-08-05 11:47:00] Dave: What did you even say to that?
[2026-08-05 11:57:00] Sam Willis: lol
[2026-08-05 11:58:00] Sam Willis: <no text>
[2026-08-05 11:59:00] Dave: DO YOU HEAR ME SCREAMING FROM TEXAS SAMANTHA?! CANDACE, DO YOU HEAR ME SCREAMING??
[2026-08-05 12:00:00] Dave: Indicating he hasn’t already done that? Like, WHEN HE MOVED OUT
[2026-08-05 12:00:00] Dave: I will do that…
[2026-08-05 12:01:00] Dave: He doesn’t need a raise. He needs to learn to manage his spending
[2026-08-05 12:02:00] Sam Willis: <no text>
[2026-08-05 12:04:00] Dave: Omg! Quitting a job without having a another job lined up is UNTHINKABLE
[2026-08-05 12:05:00] Sam Willis: And then taking out your retirement
[2026-08-05 12:06:00] Dave: Also unthinkable
[2026-08-05 12:06:00] Dave: Both of those
[2026-08-05 12:06:00] Sam Willis: AND selling your house a year after you bought it with no equity built up
[2026-08-05 12:11:00] Sam Willis: That’s NOT how you do that.
[2026-08-05 12:11:00] Sam Willis: Also. His IM to his boss…
[2026-08-05 12:12:00] Sam Willis: He has no handle on his emotions and anger. None
[2026-08-05 12:13:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: And wasn't he just like on a fucking performance program because of how he treats people there and now is sending off a message to his boss for a raise like that's not you're right that is 100% not how that works And I don't even if he like like if I was the boss I'd be like the fucking stones on this guy asking for rays after all the things or maybe he said when new responsibility so maybe she turned around there and he's doing more and he deserves what I don't know, but it doesn't sound like the way to do it now
[2026-08-05 12:17:00] Sam Willis: 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
[2026-08-05 12:17:00] Sam Willis: Right!!? EXACTLY
[2026-08-05 12:18:00] Dave: DO YOU HEAR CANDACE SCREAMING?
[2026-08-05 12:18:00] Dave: Soooo… how much are you gonna give him?
[2026-08-05 12:18:00] Sam Willis: TBD
[2026-08-05 12:18:00] Sam Willis: He is doing more and the PIP is done. But Still
[2026-08-05 12:18:00] Sam Willis: That’s not how you do it
[2026-08-05 12:19:00] Dave: Ohhh, damn
[2026-08-05 12:19:00] Sam Willis: And secondly, i was kidding. I think. Not anytime soon anyway
[2026-08-05 12:19:00] Sam Willis: lol first off, that was KiLee, not Candace. But Candace would also scream
[2026-08-05 12:20:00] Dave: I’m just breaking your balls baby. It’s sweet of you to help him out if you decide to. ☺️
[2026-08-05 12:21:00] Dave: And also perfectly reasonable not to do so.
[2026-08-05 13:36:00] Dave: How is your day going
[2026-08-05 13:37:00] Sam Willis: I’m actually getting some things done with work so I love that for me!!!
[2026-08-05 13:37:00] Sam Willis: By things, I mean like TWO things but it still feels great
[2026-08-05 13:37:00] Sam Willis: How’s your day
[2026-08-05 13:37:00] Dave: Yeah you could definitely use a couple wins there
[2026-08-05 13:39:00] Dave: So far so good. not much going on with work so I’ve been cleaning up and stuff
[2026-08-05 13:43:00] Sam Willis: Cleaning up what
[2026-08-05 13:55:00] Dave: My office, printer, and packaging areas
[2026-08-05 14:05:00] Sam Willis: Oh I’m sure it’s been a disaster zone. Hehe
[2026-08-05 14:47:00] Dave: Believe it or not, I’ve been keeping it ok… But stuff accumulates ya know
[2026-08-05 15:00:00] Dave: Plus I got a flash new filament dryer and my table was full of Fleshlight adapters
[2026-08-05 15:00:00] Dave: And now, magnets… magnets everywhere
[2026-08-05 15:00:00] Sam Willis: That looks boujie!
[2026-08-05 16:10:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: So Grayson has Band camp every day this week for golf every day all time now so he's got band camp in the morning like from seven to pick him up at 12:30 today and like the last So football started I think this week and that practice is from 4 to 630 so this poor kid is fucking beat because he's been doing marching band in the last two months or two or three weeks Out there all morning in the heat, marching around and shit And then now adding on top of that football practice in the afternoon and then yesterday he went to a pool party after football practice so he like we could barely fucking move just now His cats were cramping up that band practice this morning so He's probably gonna have a rough time today But I just told him that's when you know Leitz are through this part and the best But it's funny because he is dead
[2026-08-05 16:13:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Poor kid fuck that do you remember being young like that and and like you know being able to do something like this is even a possibility can you imagine doing that today at our age? Fuck that absolutely the fuck that and I can't believe you went to a pool party. After all that shit yesterday fuck way, when does school start? The kids started today, Christian or Christian or Christian's kids. It's just so fucking early here actually it typically starts in the last week of July so this is actually kind of like late, but she's in insanity that school starting like they hardly have any summer at all.
[2026-08-05 16:16:00] Sam Willis: I’m so fucking excited for my massage omg
[2026-08-05 16:21:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Oh my God that is early as fuck I don't know when it starts here. I remember it not starting until like fucking September like when I was a kid maybe end of August I don't remember but like certainly not this early and yeah. The whole reason that I messaged you was to see what you were doing after your massage if you were just gonna go home and like be able to chill or if you had a bunch of fucking house stuff to do, but I think you said you were able to just chill And yes, actually not to Rain on your parade I guess but like when I for my 40th birthday I had It was like talking about being able to do this kind of stuff for my 40th birthday It was a Saturday and everybody at the open mat at the gym at jujutsu Surprise me and I've told you about this, but I rolled with there was like eight or 1012 people there and I rolled with one person for one minute at a time for every year every year old I was so for 40 minutes straight. I had a fresh opponent come in every minute. With no brakes for me so it was 40 minutes straight every minute one of 12 people came in and then did a minute and then rested so they was like it was like rolling with a fresh opponent the whole time and I was fucking dead like at least like when you're rolling with somebody for five or 10 minutes like the same person, you're both tired But when you're tired, and the other person is completely fresh, that fucking sucks but anyway, yeah I remember what I could do. It feels so fucking far off now. But it was only seven years ago, I guess Yeah, anyway thanks for making me think of that and now I'm depressed cause I'm old and fat well mainly just cause I'm fat and out of shape. Why don't I ever stop running and going to the gym anyway? With his life
[2026-08-05 16:24:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: That sounds absolutely fucking awful. I don't care how in shape you are fuck no and at 40 that's impressive. OK how many minutes do you think you could go now like literally? I could go for one maybe two even one of those 60 whole second that sounds hideous Anyway, yeah, there's no way I can do that shit also sorry to depress you but also why did you stop running and going to the gym? I don't know you were on a kid there for a bit where you were running around I know it's hot as fuck though maybe I'll get back into it once the weather cools down. way, if you plant those trees or whatever that you bought a couple weekends ago
[2026-08-05 16:25:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Oh and what I'm doing so massage gets over at 5:30. I gotta go pick up the dogs at daycare get home. I have to get my earnest money wired like tomorrow at the latest. They're gonna go figure out the instructions for that. And the bank also sent me some shit today that I haven't looked at so I just have some emails to catch up on, but I did at least get into I'm still not in a good spot at all for work, but I got into a less terrible spot so that's exciting
[2026-08-05 16:26:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Dude, am I 38 I was just thinking there like I think I'm 38 that's insane
[2026-08-05 16:31:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Yeah, it comes at you fast bro I did the 40 minute thing was fucking miserable, but it was also pretty awesome So right now some probably so last year when I went to Nebraska, I went to a class with Dominic. We did the whole class. It was a pretty easy class. It's like an hour of just technique. And then they didn't roll as a class, but I wanted to roll with Dominic and Nolan, my old buddy, and I like the head coach there So we went to that after class and me and Dominic Went for probably like 2 to 3 minutes And I was like not going super hard, but not like you know just laying down for him I think so. We went for like two or three minutes before I let him tap me out. And then I cooled off for about five minutes and then went to roll with Nolan and I rolled with him for like a minute and a half before I had to stop and run outside and throw up and I fucking threw up So much it was all like water liquid or whatever but like cause I hadn't eaten anything that day I just taken like a handful of pills or whatever and and Water lots of water but I fucking like steady threw up for like five minutes like I couldn't believe how much I had to throw up and it was like exhaustion throwing up like I don't know if you've ever worked out so hard that you throw up, but it was that kind So right now, I'm probably a little bit better shape Cardio wise, but Like fuck God Probably like going hard like like really going for a minute or two maybe I could like conserve and kind of go life for probably five minutes 10 minutes I don't know it's hard to say
[2026-08-05 16:34:00] Sam Willis: Nooooooo
[2026-08-05 16:34:00] Sam Willis: Not worth
[2026-08-05 16:35:00] Sam Willis: Anything that makes your body literally expel its insides is not worth it 🤣
[2026-08-05 16:35:00] Dave: Lmao
[2026-08-05 16:36:00] Sam Willis: I hate hate hate throwing up
[2026-08-05 16:37:00] Dave: It isn’t my favorite thing but it doesn’t bother me that much
[2026-08-05 16:42:00] Sam Willis: <no text>
[2026-08-05 17:06:00] Sam Willis: I survived the handyman. He did not unalive me
[2026-08-05 17:12:00] Dave: Can he fix your shit? How much is it gonna cost you?
[2026-08-05 17:12:00] Dave: Hahaha
[2026-08-05 17:14:00] Sam Willis: He will send a quote. Should be cheap
[2026-08-05 17:16:00] Dave: Yesss!!
[2026-08-05 17:16:00] Dave: Wanna see what it takes to put together a rocker dock?
[2026-08-05 17:16:00] Sam Willis: And since I still have time before my massage…. Guess what time it is?!?! NAP TIME
[2026-08-05 17:16:00] Sam Willis: Yes
[2026-08-05 17:16:00] Sam Willis: Dogs are at daycare so hopefully I sleeppppp
[2026-08-05 17:17:00] Dave: …and how fat I am 😒
[2026-08-05 17:20:00] Sam Willis: I love that!! So it only takes you about 10 seconds for each one!!! 🤪
[2026-08-05 19:31:00] Sam Willis: God massage was sooooo needed
[2026-08-05 19:32:00] Dave: Did he try to talk to you or did he just do it up
[2026-08-05 19:32:00] Dave: Nice
[2026-08-05 19:32:00] Sam Willis: He just did it up
[2026-08-05 19:33:00] Dave: Hahaha
[2026-08-05 19:33:00] Dave: That’s not a no
[2026-08-05 19:33:00] Sam Willis: Other than to tell me how fucked up my shit is
[2026-08-05 19:33:00] Dave: 🤪
[2026-08-05 19:33:00] Dave: Happy ending? 😏
[2026-08-05 19:33:00] Sam Willis: Really lol
[2026-08-05 19:34:00] Dave: Idk… Is that even a thing for women?
[2026-08-05 19:35:00] Sam Willis: Not for THIS woman that’s for sure lol
[2026-08-05 19:36:00] Dave: I’m glad you feel better
[2026-08-05 19:36:00] Dave: Hopefully you get some good sleep too
[2026-08-05 19:37:00] Dave: Maybe you should get a head and neck massage specifically to see if that helps your headaches
[2026-08-05 19:38:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: So yeah, I started going to a different massage guy a few months ago and when I bought this guy well there's several things but here He doesn't he doesn't really massage. He just goes directly to your knots and work on your knots and then directly to pressure points into areas that he just knows it's gonna be tight so like it's a very efficient massage and you feel like you've been tortured during the massage but after you get out like you're completely more loose and relax for sure but the other thing I super appreciate appreciate about them. Oh, I just totally lost a fucking train a thought Alert Hold on
[2026-08-05 19:39:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: OK, sorry I thought I had a fraud thing but now my card is just expired Anyway You know how some people who get super excited about popping pimples OK I'm kinda like one of those people but like you just get like you're just fascinated with it. OK he's like that with massages. He gets giddy and it's really I love it cause like when something super tight, he like totally nerds out he's like. Oh my God he's like it's so fucking tight. He doesn't say fucking but oh my God this is like the most dense lat that I've massaged in like several months and he just like just totally geeks out on it and I love it. Because he's like it to loosen up He's super good so I was seeing it one more time this time for 90 minutes before I move and then I won't get to see him anymore sucks
[2026-08-05 19:40:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Oh, and about the headaches like yeah a lot of times massage people spend like 10 minutes you know like massaging your neck no, he spent like two. He went immediately to two like pressure points or knots whatever right in my neck and he's like these are causing your headaches, and then he massaged my jaw, which I do not I've never had my jaw massage. I don't think I really want it. And he's like your jaw is tight like you've been clenching your jaw and I'm like I don't clench my jaw and he's like your jaw super tight and so then he massage my jaw and that feels weird but like better so I don't know hopefully that helps with the headaches
