[2026-07-19 13:33:00] Dave: Oooooh hey! That’s very cute 🥰
[2026-07-19 13:33:00] Sam Willis: It would need some landscaping. No trees. No patio
[2026-07-19 13:33:00] Sam Willis: It is
[2026-07-19 14:45:00] Sam Willis: I am exhausted
[2026-07-19 14:45:00] Sam Willis: Stopped to get some food then heading to the airport
[2026-07-19 14:45:00] Dave: I bet!!
[2026-07-19 14:46:00] Dave: Fill me in on how it went, what you’re thinking, etc. when you get a chance
[2026-07-19 14:46:00] Dave: It’s been a long day already!
[2026-07-19 14:46:00] Sam Willis: How are you doing?
[2026-07-19 14:47:00] Dave: Pretty good. I’ve been working on 3d printing/business stuff all day. Taking it pretty easy though 😊
[2026-07-19 14:52:00] Sam Willis: I’ll voice message you when I am driving to the airport.
[2026-07-19 15:38:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Hi oh my God dude I'm so fucking spent so spent, but we went and looked at seven houses. It was very productive. I loved one of the houses we just happen to stop in because it had an open house but it was five bedrooms which I don't need and it was near. It was more money than I wanted to spend. It was like 500. I feel like but like if I could find something in that neighborhood, that'll be awesome. How a community pool I love a community pool like I would I like the idea of still having a pool access that be cool I just said pool and cool but anyway So the house they sent you like the eclectic one first off it's like 15,010 to 15 under market value because she's super motivated to sell. She's already got a new house so she's liking a way to move on. So I would have to put money into it to repaint, but not all of it like I like some of the crazy ass shit that she did even like some of the crazy ass wallpaper accent walls so like repainting not too crazy I eventually would want to get rid of the backsplash and replace the backsplash and splash in the kitchen cause that's quite interesting as well not really my style but the bigger thing is it's like there's no tree trees in the backyard. There's no back patio so like just there's the backyard kinda sucks like it has a white privacy fence, which is great. A lot of the other houses I looked at. Have black fencing, which is the not a privacy fence it's just kind of like the metal whatever you call them just so you know the black little fences Irongate fences or whatever the fuck and I think some HOA is like won't let you have a privacy fence maybe who knows so Anyway And it doesn't have a community pool, but it has a really nice pond a street over like where I could walk the dogs around the pond it has like a deck and all that sort of stuff to you like it up on But the house is at the house with the eclectic look like they also feel a little bit too close together like I'd like a little bit more space between me and the neighbors It just feels like a very busy neighborhood like just like too much too many houses crammed in in one space but the price is so fucking good like that's where I'm like. Oh my God maybe I just get it anyway and then spend the money though I wanna spend on these upgrades but also like I can't really totally fix the neighborhood really so I don't know. I'm gonna keep looking a little bit. There's plenty of houses I like that. I didn't look at today. But I think I'm gonna probably end up in the Westfield subdivision, which is just north of Carmel. I actually liked it a lot better than fishers. Fishers seem very spread out and like very pocket so if I found a good pocket, you know great but like the house I looked at in fishers was perfect for me would've loved it, but it was like 30 minutes away from work and from like more like 40 minutes to Candace like I just I didn't need to be that far out and it was you know 10 minutes away from a grocery store like I don't want to be like so secluded like that so Anyway All right, well I'm talking a lot. I'm tired. I hope you're doing well. I cannot wait to get on the plane and sleep. It's gonna be glorious, but Flight isn't for another 2 1/2 hours so yeah All right, talk soon bye
[2026-07-19 15:39:00] Dave: Haha, you SOUND tired
[2026-07-19 15:39:00] Dave: Pool cool pool cool
[2026-07-19 15:40:00] Dave: Yeah I loved the decor in that one
[2026-07-19 15:43:00] Dave: Sounds like you got some great reconnaissance if nothing else!
[2026-07-19 15:44:00] Dave: Are you getting the dummies tonight?
[2026-07-19 15:44:00] Dave: I bet you’re so ready to get home and rest
[2026-07-19 15:46:00] Sam Willis: No I land too late. Tomorrow evening after work and I meet my realtor.
[2026-07-19 16:23:00] Sam Willis: Can you give me a quick list of what you don’t like and do like about ft worth area. Think of Zander’s age. He’s considering moving there
[2026-07-19 16:23:00] Dave: Hmmm
[2026-07-19 16:29:00] Dave: Terrible traffic General overcrowding Hot and humid High cost of living Those are the worst things. For someone his age though, there’s tons of work opportunities considering the rate of expansion/construction. Plenty of stuff to do, night life, and everything you could want as far as food and shopping.
[2026-07-19 16:33:00] Dave: You’re welcome babydoll
[2026-07-19 16:33:00] Sam Willis: OK thank you for the list!
[2026-07-19 16:33:00] Sam Willis: Finally a freaking charger! God my phone has been about to die forever. Phew.
[2026-07-19 16:33:00] Sam Willis: <no text>
[2026-07-19 16:34:00] Sam Willis: I have the Sunday scaries, the travel exhaustion, the adrenaline dump, the sadness of leaving the family and the ache of how much I miss my pets. All at once. I’m not having a good time bro lol
[2026-07-19 16:35:00] Dave: Awe I’m sorry baby
[2026-07-19 16:35:00] Dave: Jeez 😅
[2026-07-19 16:35:00] Dave: That IS a lot
[2026-07-19 16:36:00] Dave: Just take 1 thing at a time… First priority: get on the plane and get a nap lol
[2026-07-19 16:36:00] Sam Willis: I’m drinking a redbull now.
[2026-07-19 16:36:00] Dave: wtf
[2026-07-19 16:37:00] Sam Willis: Yes just sat at my gate
[2026-07-19 16:37:00] Dave: That’s not going to be conducive to a nap
[2026-07-19 16:37:00] Dave: Are you at the airport?
[2026-07-19 16:37:00] Dave: Checked in?
[2026-07-19 16:43:00] Dave: Aaaand now you know you’ll be moving soon!
[2026-07-19 16:43:00] Dave: At least you’re working remote tomorrow 🤭
[2026-07-19 16:43:00] Dave: And you had a great birthday trip right??
[2026-07-19 16:44:00] Dave: Remember just a few short months ago you thought it was going to be years before you moved?
[2026-07-19 16:46:00] Dave: Look at you now!! I’m so impressed with how you sat out to do this and have been gradually making the moves towards the goal ☺️
[2026-07-19 16:46:00] Dave: (And hot 🔥) 😘
[2026-07-19 16:46:00] Dave: You’re all around impressive.

[2026-07-19 16:55:00] Dave: You make it soooo easy 😋
