[2026-04-30 06:46:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: Don't talk about dick don't talk about dick don't talk about dick Good morning sunshine So we're talking about dick size just kidding hopefully you heard my preamble and that was funny so anyway Good morning I hope you slept well after your eight hours of True crime I hope you got a good eight hours of sleep So so glad that you actually took a sick day and just chilled out. That's really good for you and you do that every now and then. So good for you I'm happy that you decided to do that I had something else that wasn't dick size You never I don't think you ever like actually told me told you any detail about your interview yesterday which is weird like how did that? I wasn't like like wouldn't they wanna know? Was it how many people was it you know? I know you did tell me that you like whatever those personality questions are just touch your ass to remember that Did you feel good? You feel confident What do you think like if they make you an offer like 10 of the next next stage oh you did say that they were with remote work too, so that's actually something to it is something to think about Is it worth taking that peacock to be able to work remotely? Perhaps there is a reason people are taking big cuts But that's less of That is less of a peacock more of a life You know For Convenience I think I mean, like same level or higher job but less money I guess so I'm still under the impression that you should always get a 10% Increase and pay when you move at least right So There's that but like again It might be worse Come on It might be worth working remotely if you've have to take a little bit less or if they could even get you up to 200 And still work it could be pretty compelling you know I don't know I guess so I have to see Of course, Stephen short list That's taken care of Maybe you should just call yourself I'm just Heading to work like a regular day I thank God it's the last day Is going on Sex toy actors, and listen to audiobooks So so The Torrance sites I was telling you about In the world of Piracy and software or file sharing, I guess You're probably heard He's probably heard of the pirate Bay like that was over the last out of two decades people have been talking about it and that was one of the first big like Public open file sharing or bit torrent trackers Billions of people used it or something lots of files. It's gotten shut down like can pop back up a couple times over the years. Within that ecosystem, there is varying debris of torn trackers There's public ones that you can pay to get into And then there's the private trackers to invite only and you have to like build a standing in the community and like we kind of work your way up So they're like there's three there's 22 main main ones BTNor broadcast.net and DTPPTP is for pass the popcorn and stands for Charmin they are they do movies at DTP and BTN is all TV shows and what makes it like exclusive. Is that one? It's hard to get. Because they have like rules system that only Certain members can earn given invites, and you are kind of responsible for the people that you invite And members have to like stay active and communicator be active in the community share files whatever And it's really like strictly monitored right like there's Or there's rules enforced about how things are posted and uploaded so It's like the highest quality of of content I like it Says you know like so if I want to look up like an episode of breaking bad on a public tracker, there might be 100 you know season one episode ones that are all different file types and sizes and qualities. Some of them are probably same just different. You know, words or different like titles and shit different groups and captured different ways under different standards blah blah blah but BTN there's only One like one entry for just the top few types of formats like 4K you know 1080 P 720 whatever and they have to meet like the highest standards like from a high-quality group You're getting another 8+ inches today OK, sorry I had to throw it in there somewhere Anyway, that's the whole tracker thing so there's one for you or audiobooks that's called my anonymous. That's also invite only that that's the main one that active. Get out of the hole TV movie scene Became became It's not really That's appealing it's necessary And then of course, music trackers actually yeah that was the big thing back in the day was Napster is really set off the whole Media sharing Kind of floodgates I'm sure you've heard a nap And then that used the protocol, but it got shut down because of all the stuff all things and then tracker sites popped up, and the rest has been answered Anyway, you get another almost 10 inches today Ariel Stretch it out here I love you, sweetheart. I hope you had a great night sleep and I hope you have a great day. I hope you're not too bored to listen to this stupid message. Size references all throughout How are you feeling? I hope you're doing good and I can't wait to hear her beautiful voice. You're a beautiful lady
[2026-04-30 08:13:00] Sam Willis: lolol love your preamble š
[2026-04-30 08:14:00] Sam Willis: Iām so proud of you for talking about something other than dick size š
[2026-04-30 08:14:00] Dave: Thanks baby! Your so supportive
[2026-04-30 08:15:00] Sam Willis: Interview yesterday was just with HR. So thereās probably 2-3 more interviews to go š Iāll message more about it in a bit
[2026-04-30 08:15:00] Dave: Ahh ok
[2026-04-30 08:17:00] Sam Willis: Sex toy adapters and audio books - thatās your life šš
[2026-04-30 08:18:00] Dave: Hahaha
[2026-04-30 08:18:00] Dave: Pretty much
[2026-04-30 08:18:00] Sam Willis: And ME, of course
[2026-04-30 08:19:00] Dave: That goes without saying lol
[2026-04-30 08:19:00] Dave: YOUre baseline
[2026-04-30 08:22:00] Sam Willis: Yes Iāve heard of Napster
[2026-04-30 08:23:00] Sam Willis: That was like rightttt before my time. Ish. Morpheus was the one I used, I think??
[2026-04-30 08:23:00] Dave: Yeah that sounds right
[2026-04-30 08:23:00] Sam Willis: God. Shit was soooooooo slow!
[2026-04-30 08:24:00] Sam Willis: Hopping in the shower. Message you back in a bit
[2026-04-30 08:26:00] Sam Willis: Have I mentioned before how much I hate mornings? Godddddd
[2026-04-30 08:46:00] Dave: I remember when I got a cable modem. Probably around 1996. It was pretty new tech in general but major cities had had it for a while. Our cable company was gearing up to launch it - it was implemented - but not fully tested or enabled for retail use yet. So one night me and my buddy saw a commercial for the service on tv for the first time. We were both super excited because weād been waiting for the technology to get to us for a long time already. So we called the number right then to get it installed. Come to find out it wasnāt even available in the system but we convinced the person to schedule us for a generic install appointment regardless. A week or two later a contractor for the cable company showed up. I told him the whole story and he was like āoh yeah, I heard that commercial and they got a few calls, but just explained it and didnāt actually schedule anyoneā⦠So after talking to the guy for a while he was like - fuck it š¤·āāļø, aināt my company - and installed the cable modem lol. He picked up my buddies appointment next and went and did his too. So we were the first two people in our whole area on the network⦠and it was glorious. That was the first really big dick⦠I mean⦠technological jump we had experienced in our young lives. They didnāt start actively offering it for another 6 months or so, and we didnāt get charged for like 10 months iirc because we had slipped through the cracks. It was pretty wild in retrospect (and at the time for that matter) because we were totally operating in this weird grey-zone that would never happen today. There were some problems with it - being so new - so whenever Iād call for support nobody knew what I was talking about so theyād connect me to the contractors handling the whole thing . And again, those guys didnāt gaf so theyād dig around in the backend to optimize it for me, or troubleshoot or whatever.
[2026-04-30 08:46:00] Dave: Wow, that turned into way more than I thought lol
[2026-04-30 08:48:00] Dave: That was all to say: I have this vivid memory of downloading my first song on Napster after getting the cable modem. I had been using it on dialup so that was like, the standard. I about lost it when I saw a whole mp3 progress bar zip across the screen in like 30 seconds š¤Æ
[2026-04-30 08:50:00] Dave: Like, I STILL remember that day, and the feeling.
[2026-04-30 09:03:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: I don't think I told you lately that you are adorable and so cute So I bet that was Hold on I have made all mixed up. I feel like we talked about before whether or not eat both of us were like the type of person that would just. You know explore the newest technology first or sit back and wait until others have already like you know bought it and saw how it was like. I think we were talking about the GoPro one day or something and I think you said that you're the type that typically waits a little while, but I don't. Feel like that can't be true it may be depends on what it is, but I feel like with new technology. You're probably like one of the first people and like this is case in point I wouldn't have had a clue. But the fact that you didn't get charged for like 10 months is awesome so the first like big technology thing that I remember will obviously getting rid of dial of Internet that was a game changer. Also getting rid of the landline was a game changer or just having my own cell phone I guess I should say. And then I remember so the girl that used to like watch me and my brother whenever my parents are working her name is Jody and she would always be downstairs on the computer. This is back when dial up was still saying I was her stuff and she was always on these chat words and it was called Merc MIRC. And like I always wanted to be on these chats and they were not good oh my God like I was in some inappropriate shit. They were definitely like you know you're talking to people that you go to school with but then there were like some where it was like. Talking to absolute fucking creepers on the other side and you're pretending that you're not like a fucking 13 year-old girl like it was yeah but I just thought that was like the coolest thing ever and I was the coolest person ever and I just really wanted to be you know Able to experience that so yeah and then I don't know if I just like totally skipped the AOL Seen because the next thing I remember after Merc was in messenger and then that's why I became like a total Freak freak, innocence of like that's what I would talk to the guys at school that I liked and then they know if they broke up with me or you know they broke up with me over a message in messenger and then like I changed my status and I'm like oh fucking devastated oh my God it's so cringe to even fucking talk about So like in messenger days, I feel like we're junior high high school for me mostly high school like tail into junior high so Merck I must've been like a fucking six and seventh grade and then I didn't get Facebook. Oh well I'm just gonna my space OK my space I definitely had whenever I was probably definitely in college. I don't know if I got it before I graduated high school so then that was my space and then I didn't get Facebook until later Maybe like cause you're on Facebook you be limited like just people in college and you have to have like a college fucking email address such a wild times man I am serious wow but anyway Oh God, I don't even know I need to get ready for my meeting. That's in 10 fucking minutes. Oh God and I just realize people like move my one on ones from yesterday to today. I have one too not 12345678 meetings today. I really Hate my life sometimes That's not true, but I didn't want to say do you think that like most other people are like hating work and just kind of struggling through it and like we're all in this boat together or do you think that? Like we're the only ones that hated
[2026-04-30 09:04:00] Dave: Awwwe, thanks baby š
[2026-04-30 09:08:00] Dave: Depends on what it is. The cable modem thing was different - like that was huge. I wanted that asap. If itās a new phone or new camera⦠yeah I wait. Unless itās already established. Like a new iPhone for example. Oh! A perfect example of one Iāll wait for is the rumored folding iPhone. It will almost certainly have some flaws that wonāt get worked out until the second or third version.
[2026-04-30 09:08:00] Dave: And yeah, IRC is still a popular chat protocol
[2026-04-30 09:09:00] Dave: Lmao.. I can totally see you changing your status and shit
[2026-04-30 09:10:00] Sam Willis: Oh god, even my old Facebook statuses. SO CRINGE
[2026-04-30 09:10:00] Dave: I was in the af when MySpace came out. I had an account but I wasnāt into the whole sharing what Iām doing thing
[2026-04-30 09:13:00] Dave: Oh no, Iām pretty sure most people are struggling through it. Especially now. The way things are with the economy, and all the changes from Covid - going from remote work back to the office⦠etc. I feel like the vibe changed for everyone around 2020 and things have stayed kind of⦠hectic, for a variety of reasons.
[2026-04-30 09:14:00] Dave: Isnāt equity awards today?
[2026-04-30 09:31:00] Sam Willis: Is it?? Let me see
[2026-04-30 09:32:00] Sam Willis: I think youāre right. So itāll show up in our accounts tomorrow?
[2026-04-30 09:32:00] Sam Willis: I also think quarterly bonus maybe gets paid tomorrow
[2026-04-30 09:32:00] Dave: Idk. I can never remember.
[2026-04-30 09:33:00] Sam Willis: Oh I sure was š had music on my page. Had my top 8. All the things!!
[2026-04-30 09:33:00] Sam Willis: Oh I sure was š had music on my page. Had my top 8. All the things!!
[2026-04-30 10:06:00] Sam Willis: I have such a headache already š
[2026-04-30 10:15:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Yeah, I'm already over today. I'm in meetings like. Lady, I have a conflict I'm about to lose my shit Sorry, I just saw that somebody scheduled a call I'm so confused anyway OK I did not get on here to ramble. I was gonna tell you about the interview so Yeah, I just know it wasn't like My head was hurting, and I wasn't like totally feeling it yesterday And again, I think it's because of like I just am not sure I even wanna do the job but The stupid so she asked me about like why I'm interested in Midland why you know my background I'm gonna walk me through your background drop history talked about you know how many people Typically report to me like team size How have I dealt with you know trying to influence stakeholders to take an idea that I have you know or dealt with difficult people you know like all the standard bullshit questions So anyway, it was fine, but so next steps would be a panel interview with basically who would be my peers and I'll probably be three of them like enterprise with management the system so the compliance/FCRM guy and I think that's it That would be that, and then the next step would be an in person interview in Effingham when I'm there, which like I need to know about if I need to pack some clothes, but anyway I don't know man blah I'm feeling very blah today Yeah, she was nice enough. I mean she seemed kind of very like typical recruiter HRE blah can I tell you also that the bank lost $125 million last year so their bonus is like totally shit they fired the CFO I know I told you the firing of the CFO thing but like everything else. Yeah, so like I don't know ma'am, but it's like a 6 1/2 billion dollars an asset bank I mean compared to the trillions that Schwab has but Yeah
[2026-04-30 11:07:00] Dave: Yeeehhh, idk about that company lol
[2026-04-30 11:07:00] Dave: Thatās a big ass loss
[2026-04-30 11:29:00] Sam Willis: OK donāt you even lol
[2026-04-30 11:29:00] Sam Willis: OK donāt you even lol
[2026-04-30 11:30:00] Sam Willis: But yesā¦yes I have
[2026-04-30 11:30:00] Sam Willis: But yesā¦yes I have
[2026-04-30 11:58:00] Sam Willis: Very annoyed
[2026-04-30 11:58:00] Sam Willis: Emily (kids mom) just texted Christian to say essentially kai is having a hard time about our breakup and that he and I are acting too nonchalant about it
[2026-04-30 12:01:00] Sam Willis: Like, Iām sorry we arenāt breaking down and/or fighting in front of the kids.
[2026-04-30 12:01:00] Dave: Right?ā
[2026-04-30 12:01:00] Sam Willis: I get though that ok, we (I) need to do a better job of validating her feelings
[2026-04-30 12:01:00] Dave: Youāre setting a great example actually
[2026-04-30 12:01:00] Sam Willis: I think that was maybe what Emily was trying to say but is too dumb to articulate that
[2026-04-30 12:02:00] Dave: Nooo. Christian needs to do a better job of validating her feelings.
[2026-04-30 12:02:00] Sam Willis: Well Iām part of it too. Like Iām also an adult in the house
[2026-04-30 12:03:00] Dave: Granted, idk exactly what yours and her interactions have been like but I canāt imaging youāve disregarded her feelings⦠you canāt even read about someoneās feeling being hurt without feeling it yourself lol.
[2026-04-30 12:04:00] Sam Willis: True. But I havenāt outright asked ādo you want to talk about itā?
[2026-04-30 12:04:00] Dave: Ok, fair. I guess.
[2026-04-30 12:05:00] Dave: But itās a disruptive event, which is always going to be traumatic to a preteen girl.
[2026-04-30 12:06:00] Sam Willis: Also though. TBH. Not my ājobā. Iām pretty sure none of Emilyās exes have talked to the kids about it to validate their feelings š
[2026-04-30 12:06:00] Dave: I yāall are setting a great example of what a breakup should look like
[2026-04-30 12:06:00] Sam Willis: I appreciate you
[2026-04-30 12:07:00] Dave: No fighting. Youāre still cordial. And the message has been: eh š¤·āāļø, it didnāt work out, so we moved on
[2026-04-30 12:07:00] Sam Willis: Christian basically responded that he will talk to them both. And that he doesnāt want to dump his feelings on the kids bc thatās not for them to have to handle. And she said āyou donāt have to dump your feelings. But just donāt pretend that you have none.ā š
[2026-04-30 12:07:00] Dave: Thatās sooooo much better than why MOST kinds see from a breakup
[2026-04-30 12:08:00] Sam Willis: If Christian EVER commented about any of her breakups, holy fuck she would lose it
[2026-04-30 12:09:00] Sam Willis: And he has ALWAYS told the kids that just bc some relationships end, it doesnāt mean they werenāt worthwhile. Like thatās always been a belief of his and something heās preached to them about their men future relationships
[2026-04-30 12:09:00] Sam Willis: And he has ALWAYS told the kids that just bc some relationships end, it doesnāt mean they werenāt worthwhile. Like thatās always been a belief of his and something heās preached to them about their men future relationships
[2026-04-30 12:11:00] Dave: I think he has bigger connection/communication/trust issues with the kids than he would be able to solve here. -And would need to resolve them to address this in a manner that effectively addresses her concerns.
[2026-04-30 12:11:00] Dave: I think he has bigger connection/communication/trust issues with the kids than he would be able to solve here. -And would need to resolve them to address this in a manner that effectively addresses her concerns.
[2026-04-30 12:11:00] Dave: Sounds like ex is blowing it out of proportion maybe too
[2026-04-30 12:11:00] Sam Willis: I want to be done with all of this lol
[2026-04-30 12:16:00] Sam Willis: āMom thereās a guy outside and I canāt get out there, so Iām just going to sit here and stare and whine at youā
[2026-04-30 12:17:00] Dave: He just wants to go say hi!!
[2026-04-30 12:17:00] Dave: AND EAT HIS FACE
[2026-04-30 12:28:00] Sam Willis: How is your day going?
[2026-04-30 12:38:00] Dave: Me and my sister
[2026-04-30 12:47:00] Sam Willis: Awwwww!! š„°š„°
[2026-04-30 12:47:00] Sam Willis: Your hair! Your little shoes!
[2026-04-30 13:02:00] Sam Willis: Time to listen to corporate update bullshit
[2026-04-30 13:03:00] Dave: PASS
[2026-04-30 13:06:00] Sam Willis: I love the pigeonhole questions
[2026-04-30 13:25:00] Sam Willis: Sigh
[2026-04-30 13:25:00] Sam Willis: <no text>
[2026-04-30 13:25:00] Dave: Have there been any real questions?
[2026-04-30 13:25:00] Sam Willis: I dunno. Iām just annoyed today and needed to sigh lol
[2026-04-30 13:25:00] Dave: Or is it all just pandering bullshit?
[2026-04-30 13:26:00] Sam Willis: I dunno. Iām half listening. We arenāt to questions yet
[2026-04-30 13:28:00] Sam Willis: Awww youāre sweet. I wish but Iām on calls after this š
[2026-04-30 13:28:00] Sam Willis: You never told me how your day is going
[2026-04-30 13:29:00] Dave: Oh lol.. Sorry. Itās fine. Itās overcast and a little rainy - so I kinda want to take a nap
[2026-04-30 13:32:00] Sam Willis: You should do that ā¤ļø
[2026-04-30 13:32:00] Dave: Eh.. meetings
[2026-04-30 13:32:00] Sam Willis: Blahhhh
[2026-04-30 13:32:00] Dave: Eating chicken and rice though!
[2026-04-30 13:33:00] Sam Willis: Good for you!!
[2026-04-30 13:40:00] Sam Willis: I listen to these Corp Updates, and it makes me feel even more disengaged
[2026-04-30 13:43:00] Dave: Of for sur3
[2026-04-30 13:43:00] Dave: I donāt usually listen to them
[2026-04-30 13:44:00] Dave: All I can think about is the millions of dollars these motherfuckers are making, while I canāt get a decent⦠anything lol.
[2026-04-30 13:44:00] Sam Willis: And how out of touch they are
[2026-04-30 13:44:00] Dave: Yep
[2026-04-30 13:44:00] Sam Willis: Thereās a whole section on Focus on Our People, and do you know what theyāre talking about??
[2026-04-30 13:45:00] Sam Willis: Volunteer Week National Investing Day Financial Literacy
[2026-04-30 13:45:00] Sam Willis: Like nothing actually about us employees basically
[2026-04-30 13:45:00] Sam Willis: But āwe should feel prideā
[2026-04-30 13:45:00] Dave: Itās laughable
[2026-04-30 13:46:00] Dave: I canāt wait to see the results from this last survey
[2026-04-30 13:46:00] Dave: After all the firings⦠again
[2026-04-30 13:46:00] Sam Willis: This reminds me that I need to sell off more of my Schwab stock
[2026-04-30 13:48:00] Dave: We want it to be a great experience when people come back⦠So we just fired a bunch of people
[2026-04-30 13:48:00] Sam Willis: Someoneās asking about increasing our benefits
[2026-04-30 13:48:00] Sam Willis: āWe are competitiveā
[2026-04-30 13:49:00] Dave: Lmao
[2026-04-30 13:49:00] Dave: Ok fuckface⦠whereās the salary and bonus then?!
[2026-04-30 13:50:00] Sam Willis: Iāll voice message real quick when this is done
[2026-04-30 13:50:00] Sam Willis: God heās such a politician
[2026-04-30 13:51:00] Sam Willis: Non answers
[2026-04-30 13:55:00] Sam Willis: <no text>
[2026-04-30 13:56:00] Dave: š¤¦āāļø
[2026-04-30 13:57:00] Dave: Props to Brain for calling it out though
[2026-04-30 13:57:00] Sam Willis: He is definitely the squeaky wheel. Which I both hate and love lol
[2026-04-30 13:57:00] Sam Willis: Corporate. Pukes.
[2026-04-30 13:57:00] Sam Willis: He is definitely the squeaky wheel. Which I both hate and love lol
[2026-04-30 14:01:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Rick ends the call with please reach out anytime yeah Rick, where are we gonna reach out I mean Anyway So do you recall how you probably didn't take me to chem survey but like at the end of last year probably in like October or something HR sent out quite a lengthy survey about benefits and like would you rather have five more days of PTO or like an extra percentage match of 401(k) and it was like A lot of questions like that like would you rather this or would you rather that and somebody asked basically since we're doing so fucking great like have you looked at our benefits and like what about getting a little bit more of employ match and he responded and he said well, according to the benefits survey that we did that's not what you guys wanted. You guys are more focused on salary and bonus. And didn't really answer the question cause none of us people leaders I'd probably the fucking MDs have seen it but none of us like at the Director level have seen any results of this HR benefit survey or heard it fucking anything about it and so then it's like OK well, if that's what the results were then what the fuck are you doing about those? It's just mad name oh my God and I honestly couldn't even tell you the rest of his responses because I don't think any of them were even responses. I don't even know what the fuck he said just so fucking annoying.
[2026-04-30 14:03:00] Dave: That was this

[2026-04-30 17:09:00] Sam Willis: So. Backwards. First panel is with my peers.
[2026-04-30 17:09:00] Dave: Audio Message.caf Transcription: So the latest thing I remember is So the whole interest rates in inflation all of that ties into it but also Immigration right now, like all the deportations that are happening There's this narrative that immigrants are taking jobs from Americans, which we all know is fucking ridiculous When in reality, most of those jobs that the immigrants are doing are like labor and you know just they called. I think they're called a complementary jobs like in the construction world for example, they work like they're not taking jobs from. Construction worker like skilled construction workers like carpenters and plumbers and shit they're working with them And like doing the jobs that those guys don't have time to do or can't do or don't want to do or whatever or getting paid too much to do because they have the actual skill, but when all these Mexicans get deported Companies like fail because they don't have enough they don't have the people because of Americans aren't taking those jobs So you have like a cross basically all Like business areas they are domains or whatever you have that going on which is making basically there's just like Fewer and fewer jobs companies are now turning to AI to reduce employees or The thing with like The immigrants are causing companies to fail or not be able to hire more people Some other stuff too I can't think of anything good but yeah it's just there's like that. Oh so I watched a thing where this guy applied to like I was talking about LinkedIn how like every fucking job has so I guess LinkedIn stops counting like how many people have applied for the job after 100 and basically every job at the sky applied for I don't know some kind of mid range technical job or something. Had 100 people applied, which probably means more people than that cause it stops 100 but then Like if you think about the chances of getting a call back, you know at that point it's basically nothing right like it's so low That it's just shits just brutal right now
[2026-04-30 17:13:00] Dave: Are you going to be in Effingham for them? Arenāt you going home sometime soon?
[2026-04-30 17:13:00] Sam Willis: And I wonder how many of those 100+ resumes are whack
[2026-04-30 17:14:00] Sam Willis: Yes itās the week Iāll be in Effingham but theyāll be virtual bc most ppl live in either Chicago or stl.

[2026-04-30 19:00:00] Sam Willis: Transcription: Poor pool guy is still here and I just scared the fuck out of him. No, I didn't. The dogs did but I let the dogs outside to go to the bathroom and I didn't realize that hit the gate to the pool wasn't fully. Secure so one of them like like nudged it and realized it was open and then they could just freaking all barged in and he's in there like you know what I'm saying and he starts like I'll be like oh my God oh my God I'm running away basically and I'm like they are totally harmless but of course they're acting like fucking idiots. Barking their heads off. You know running up to him they're just so fucking idiots. Oh my God and I'm like I promise they're totally totally harmless and then the bad thing is they don't listen to me at all so I'm like you guys come here there's no fucking recall so anyway, I had to get in and carry two of them out. I feel really bad though the other thing I was gonna tell you about this pool thing is that I kind of fucked up because I didn't really ask questions but this guy is technically a subcontractor of my normal pool guy. Well when I texted my normal pool guy and was like hey I need the pool slide to be like recorded. I said that your guy told me that like he can do that and like there's you know a version that he can do you know to make it nice that people want to stay in the house or you know there's a cheaper version he can do you know if you're like looking to sell and I was like so you know I wanna like do the cheaper version and he was like well. He's like I'm just going to have. I'm gonna close out your bill and I'm just gonna have this guy do it for you and bill you like himself and I was like OK that was like this weekend so whatever well I didn't really like get a final quote from this guy he was like estimating. Range of like I don't even know like say $600-$1000 or something, but like we had only talked about ceiling and like codeine the slide it's like an entire waterfall feature with a slide Anyway, I look out and he did the whole motherfucking thing he like was sealing up cracks the whole thing he repainted the whole thing and I'm like oh my God how much money is this going to be? I have no idea. No idea so yeah
[2026-04-30 19:03:00] Sam Willis: I say ālikeā literally 57 times
[2026-04-30 19:15:00] Dave: Lmao
[2026-04-30 19:16:00] Dave: You had to CARRY them out?

Audio Message.caf Transcription: Don't talk about dick don't talk about dick don't talk about dick Good morning sunshine So we're talking about dick size just kidding hopefully you heard my preamble and that was funny so anyway Good morning I hope you slept well after your eight hours of True crime I hope you got a good eight hours of sleep So so glad that you actually took a sick day and just chilled out. You know, words or different like titles and shit done by different different groups and captured different ways under different standards blah blah blah but BTN there's only One like one entry for just the top few types of formats like 4K you know 1080 P 720 whatever and they have to meet like the highest standards like from a high-quality group You're getting another 8+ inches today OK, sorry I had to throw it in there somewhere Anyway, that's the whole tracker thing so there's one for you or audiobooks that's called my anonymous.

Transcription: I don't think I told you lately that you are adorable and so cute So I bet that was Hold on I have made all mixed up.

I remember when I got a cable modem. I told him the whole story and he was like āoh yeah, I heard that commercial ran by accident and they got a few calls, but just explained it and didnāt actually schedule anyoneā⦠So after talking to the guy for a while he was like - fuck it š¤·āāļø, aināt my company - and installed the cable modem lol.

The dogs did but I let the dogs outside to go to the bathroom and I didn't realize that hit the gate to the pool wasn't fully. Audio Message.caf Transcription: So the latest thing I remember is So the whole interest rates in inflation all of that ties into it but also Immigration right now, like all the deportations that are happening There's this narrative that immigrants are taking jobs from Americans, which we all know is fucking ridiculous When in reality, most of those jobs that the immigrants are doing are like labor and you know just they called.

Transcription: I don't think I told you lately that you are adorable and so cute So I bet that was Hold on I have made all mixed up.

Audio Message.caf Transcription: So the latest thing I remember is So the whole interest rates in inflation all of that ties into it but also Immigration right now, like all the deportations that are happening There's this narrative that immigrants are taking jobs from Americans, which we all know is fucking ridiculous When in reality, most of those jobs that the immigrants are doing are like labor and you know just they called.

Transcription: Yeah, I'm already over today.
